Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us and we understand that things come up and adjustments may need to be made. Please understand when you cancel or don’t show up for your appointment without giving enough notice, someone else misses out on that time slot.

Since the appointment time is reserved for you, Health Renovation has the following cancellation policy:

• No show to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the appointment fee.
• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment fee, unless your rescheduled appointment is made for the same week.
• More than 48 hours notice will not incur any charge.
